SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays may impact processing times. 

Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method, which will determine the estimated delivery time and cost. 

Shipping Costs: For orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), we offer free shipping on orders over $99. Shipping costs for orders under $99 will be calculated based on the destination, weight of the package, and the chosen shipping method. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your order. 

Domestic Shipping Only: For orders within the contiguous United States, we offer standard and expedited shipping options. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries. 

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival. 

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdirected shipments due to incorrect addresses. 

Shipping Delays: While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please understand that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
