Can I buy your products anywhere else?

Terri’s cookbooks are available most places books are sold. Our other products are not sold in stores.

We sometimes sell our products at farmers markets and bazaars, generally in the Treasure Valley of Idaho. Check our Facebook page or contact us to see where we’ll be next.

Do you have any discounts or specials?

We always have at least one special going on, such as our buy 3 and get 10% off discounts. Gift cards or sale items are not included in that special.

Other specials offered periodically will either be posted on our website or sent to our email subscribers.

To be sure you don’t miss a special deal, use the sign-up form at the bottom of this page to subscribe. We promise not to sell your information or to spam you and of course, you can unsubscribe at any time. We hope you’ll love our updates and recipes.

Do you do custom work?

We love doing custom work!

Kerry especially loves building doors and can build furniture as well. If you’d like to see some of his beautiful doors, Send us a message and we’ll send you a link to his photos.

As for custom spice blends, Terri has made custom blends to accommodate special dietary needs, so reach out and discuss it with her.

Are your spice blends gluten free?

We are not certified gluten-free, but no gluten-containing ingredients are used in our spice blends. Additionally, they are made in a kitchen that is not certified gluten-free, but never uses any gluten-containing ingredients.

Are your spices organic, non-GMO, and non irradiated?

We are not certified organic, but we do our best to buy only organic ingredients, which would also ensure they’re non-GMO. Our suppliers do not irradiate their products.

How do I care for my cutting board?

Natural wood cutting boards should never be soaked in water. Doing so will cause the wood to absorb water, raise the wood grains, and possibly warp the board. Instead, use a damp, soapy cloth to wipe the board clean. Natural tannins in the wood have antimicrobial properties that will kill bacteria that in cut marks and pits.

A rough board can be easily refinished to make it look new again. Simply sand it with fine-grit sand paper. Then remove the dust and rub a generous coat of food-grade mineral oil or cutting board preserver onto both sides of your board.

Look for cutting board preservers that are a mix of mineral oil and beeswax. The wax will help repel water and give your board a beautiful, glossy sheen.

How do you recommend using each spice blend?

We’re so glad you asked!

Our packaging has general suggestions, but Terri is working hard at putting recipes on the blog. There you’ll find numerous delicious recipes for each blend.

Check back frequently to see the new recipes or subscribe to updates using the sign-up form at the bottom of this page to be notified when new recipes are posted.

Are your spice blends allergy-friendly?

Our spice blends are allergen-friendly. The product page for each blend lists all ingredients in the blend as does our packaging.

Our blends do not contain any of the top 8 allergens, but we are not a certified facility. We take measures to prevent cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee there is none in our suppliers’ facilities or our own.
