RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Spice blends must be unopened with the tamper seal intact. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
Contact us to start a return. Returns should be sent to 15066 Pinehurst Way, Caldwell, ID 83607. We'll provide a return shipping label and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-returnable items:
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a new purchase.
Refunds:
Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid in your order after any discounts less return shipping charges and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and we do not pay for return shipping.
Refunds are processed after receiving the returned product.
Refund for Multiple Item Discounts:
If you purchase 3 or more items to qualify for a 10% discount on your order and return an item that was part of the qualifying purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for the proportional discount.
If the return reduces the total number of items to below 3 such that the discount would not apply, the entire 10% discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We'll notify you of the refund status after inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be promptly initiated and should be credited to your originally payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact us at info@spicecure.me.
